Helwan district developing project (zone-12)

A development project for a specified area in Helwan district for study and analysis.
1- supposed to deeply study the area and do a whole urban analysis along with radar calculation(land use, building use, heights, structure state, demographics, urban radar aspects, SWOT analysis, etc.)
2- while analyzing each problem in the area.
3- assigning it to a problem tree to reach the root causes of an issue and its complications.
4- pin-pointing areas of hotspots (that require a maximum level of intervention)
5- suggest according to analysis and study several objectives to be reached through several projects that should work on leverage from these hotspots in specific and the whole area in general.
6- redo the urban radar calculation & impact assessments for the area after reform and measure the rates of increase and leverage under the pre-determined strategies and objectives.
